Healthy Breakfast Oats

Oats are a fantastic source of fiber, making them an excellent choice for a healthy breakfast. However, if you’re anything like me, you might find yourself stuck in an oat rut. During college, I ate plain instant oatmeal every single day, and after four years, I couldn’t even look at it! To avoid oat burnout, the key is variety. Switch up your toppings—nut butters, fresh or dried fruit, yogurt, nuts, seeds, and jams all make delicious additions. And don’t forget about savory oatmeal! It’s a game-changer.

You can also mix up how you prepare your oats. Try baked oatmeal, homemade granola, or even batch-make overnight oats to have quick, ready-to-go breakfasts all week. There are so many ways to enjoy oats, and I’ve included some of my favorite oat recipes below to inspire you!
